Are Skincare Reviews Accurate?
Can skincare reviews help you find the best skincare brand? I would have to say that reading skincare reviews has NOT helped me find the most effective or the safest products. It has helped me realize how important it is to shop for safety first.
I have been amazed by all of the terrible adverse reactions that are caused by the inclusion of hazardous ingredients in these products. You wouldn't think that cosmetic companies would be allowed to include these ingredients. At the very least, you would think they would be required to include a warning label, as food products do today.
Of course, the best skincare brand on the market would not have to include any warnings, since everything in their products are safe enough to eat. People don't have adverse or allergic reactions to avocado oil, coenzyme Q10, kelp, vitamin E, grape seed oil or other safe compounds.
These are some of the most effective ingredients in the world, yet the average company's products don't contain them. They still rely on mineral oil or petrolatum to provide moisture, even though these oils are not compatible with the skin's natural oils. They are not readily absorbed. They clog the pores. They can't be used by pimple prone to blemishes or acne. And, they interfere with the skin's natural rejuvenation processes.
The best skincare brand supports the natural rejuvenation process, because otherwise, you'll look older before your time. Every night, while you sleep the body goes about repairing damage on a cellular level. If you get a good night's sleep and you use a nourishing night cream on your face, you should look better in the morning.
If you read some skincare reviews, you will see that night creams can be the most annoying. Waxy thick compounds get into the eyes at night. People wake up itching and burning. They have to wash the cream off before they can go back to sleep. They look worse the next day because their sleep was disturbed.
The best skincare brand provides a nighttime solution that provides all of the nutrients that your cells need to repair themselves. Those needs are protein, essential fatty acids, enzymes, cofactors, vitamins and minerals. There is no need to use synthetic chemicals. Nature has provided us with everything that we need.
Customers writing skincare reviews often complain about the smell. Some people are more sensitive to smells than others, but there is really no reason to include an added fragrance.
