On Friday the Shrine Clowns of Texas gathered at the Crowne Plaza on I-35 to hold a makeup competition. The clowns gather once a year to compete against each other and learn from one another.

Tim Burton's highly anticipated film, "Alice in Wonderland," is sure to make a cinematic splash at the box office this weekend. And the enthusiasm around this 3-D depiction of the classic Disney tale has branched outside of the big screen to fashion, as well.
