Doll Eye Mascara

Should I go lighter or darker? [pics included]?

I think I'm too pale for my current hair color and I was thinking of going platinum blonde or dark brown.
Plus I hate the blue in it. It doesn't blend too well.

Also a second question, my eyelashes kind of go out straight and no matter how much I curl them and use curling mascara they won't stay! I want to acheive kind of doll eyes because I was told (on this site actually) that my eyes and lips are my best feature and I need to make them pop. Someone also suggested a doll look with blush and dramatic eyelashes. How would I acheive this? What products should I use?

Hey...I actually kind of like the blue. I would keep the blue and go for a plum brown colour, which is darker, or go for platinum blonde, almost white. the hair colour now is too yellow for blue.

I would go darker if I were you. To me, you look a little like you have asian in you and you have an exotic beauty, and I think darker will accentuate that more. However, you with blonde hair reminds me of Scarlet Johansson. So, that's up to you. As for the doll eyes and doll look, and judging by your choice in clothing, I'm assuming you want to do your make up like Gothic Lolita:

Those are two sites that I have used in the past. As for your problem with the curling of your lashes. You can use one of those double ended mascaras like Maybelline XXL curling mascara. I swear, that stuff is semi pernament! Curl them first with a heated eyelash curler or just blast yout regular curler with a blow dryer for a few second and immediately curl your lashes. Repeat this with your second eye.
