Should I keep inviting her over?

I have a friend... she's nice, but she destroys absolutely everything she touches- but only if it belongs to me. If it's her stuff she screams at me if I touch it. I thought maybe I was just a pushover so I would correct her when she ruins my belongings (for example when she dropped black lipstick on my comforter and I was unable to remove it or when she spilled neon orange nail polish on my carpet which also was permanent) and she acts like I'm being unreasonable when actually I should probably be a bit more assertive. I don't know how to handle this. I dont want to stop inviting her over, but at the same time, it means I lose something everytime she comes over. But my biggest problem is that I GET THE BLAME. Should I stop inviting her over?

Just don't let her touch or have anything that can make a mess.

Does she do it on purpose? If so, thats...just horrible lol
