for eyeshadows, URBAN DECAY is the BEST.
it's really highly pigmented, and it stays on your skin very well. It's so forgiving and it highly compliments your face. they come in varieties, so it's well cheap !
for lips, I'd say rimmel london. it's the closet to MAC for the color and the pigmentation is the same quality as MAC. and it's well cheap!
brushes?
I would seriously say any makeup brushes, but I really do love sephora brushes. but as long as your clean your brush with brush cleaners and warm water, any brush is really good.
