I need makeup tips? Please help ?

I have green/green gray eyes and sandy light brown hair and slightly fair normal skin. I used color mascara and lskin liquid mousse but it looked trashy. I tried liquid mascara but had go idea how to aply it. Please give me mascara, eyeliner, foundation, and lip stuff suggestions (and how to aply it!!) also, good stores... I look good in slightly transparent lip glosses and tinted lip stick ? Also, any good leave in conditioner and/or frizz gel? (I let hair airdry in afternoon). To keep your face fresh and simple, apply a light mineral powder only where you need it - use one that is slightly paler than your skin tone on red areas, uneven patches, undereye circles and pimples, but don't go heavy handed with pale powder or you'll look like a ghost.

For green grey eyes, the best eyeliner to use is white - line your bottom lash line with bright white to open them up. Give your eyelashes a quick squeeze with an eyelash curler and apply clear or brown mascara (isn't all mascara liquid? I don't know what you mean). Raise your eyebrows until you can see the roots of your top eyelashes, and carefully apply a light eyeshadow that matches your eye colour - make keep applying, checking, then applying some more until you get the look you want. I won't be able to tell you exactly what lip colour would look good on you without actually seeing you in person, but a pretty fail-proof lip colour is watermelon - it's universally flattering, I'm Asian and I use it, and all my caucasian and latino friends use it as well. Try and find a lipstick that isn't matte, or you'll look too old and old fashioned but a sparkly one where the colour is easier to control - as in, a lipstick that you can apply straight from the stick without a mirror. If you can't find any like that, then just get a regular matte lipstick and mix it wit lip balm (Carmex ointment is the best). There are three really good ways how to use it:

Apply lipstick and put a thin coat of Carmex ointment over the top (even if you've mixed your lipstick with lipbalm).

Apply lipstick and put a dab of lipgloss (this may sound horribly cheap and tacky, but the best lipgloss to use with watermelon lipstick is lip smacker lip sparkler in celestial strawberry) in the centre of your bottom lip, then rub your lips together.

Smear a little lipgloss on to the lipstick before applying - this makes sure the colour is evenly ditributed, with a subtle, sparkly look.

For frizzy hair, I reccomend schwarzkopt (however you spell it) or garnier.
