Help with dry lips!?

What is a good lib balm or lip stick or lip gloss that is works VERY well for dry/chapped lips??
can u also tell me where u can buy it??

I've been through Blistex, Burt's Bees, Carmex, Chapstick, etc., but nothing beats Aquaphor Healing Ointment from Eucerin. It's a tube or plastic tub that says "Advanced Therapy: For dry, cracked, or irritated skin. Skin protectant."

Most drug stores will carry it. It is not minty feeling/smelling, does not peel lips (chapstick will), is not waxy, is not sticky, and can be used under lip gloss. Ask your dermatologist and I bet he'd/she'd recommend it!
