should i, when i have changed the water, in my goldfish tank.........fill within the glass lip, @ the near top?

a glass lip exists @ top of the tank, is this the point i fill it too

The old method was to 3 part fill the tank with water and leaving 1 quarter of the tank empty allowing more oxygen for the fish to breathe,but that must be a myth because fish dont breathe oxygen outside the water but inside. With todays pumps and filters you can aerate the water making it better for them.

You should leave 2-3 inches at the top to allow you to introduce new fish when hanging the bag in the tank because if you didn't...the tank would overflow.

Drink plenty of water everyday.

Cut fine slices of cucumber and rub on lips.

Apply Aloe Vera gel on your lips.
