Its like these trendsetters have made men believe that mourning fashion will make them chic.I know men would be the last species to read about fashion but this is not about fashion tips ,this are just tips to not make you look like the joker at a party your girlfriend drags you just cos she wants to flaunt you.Don't let her down....
Basics first ,sweetheart i know the shirt is blue and jeans are exact same colour blue but no they aren't supposed to be worn together.Just mug up following combination and you will do just fine.
FORMALS
Always pair light colored shirts with dark pants and vice -versa
1)Blue shirt with black pants , the only time when blue shirt with blue pant is allowed if the shirt is sky blue and trousers are navy blue.In case of confusion stick to Blue-black.
2)A Shirt with Light purple vertical stripes can go with grey bottoms,you can experiment with grey tie/grey waistcoat and even both.Very English...
3)Got a white shirt with grey/black stripes,stick to black pants .If you are sure you can carry it off then try striped tie with same colour combination as your shirt but in different pattern.
4) Bought a black shirt?? ok..dont panic ,pair it with a light brown pair of pants and you are in for a lot of compliments.Just dont overdo it.
5)If you are fair,you can wear some of those orange/peachy shirts with stripes and pair it with cream colored pants.Bling is only for women remember so play it very safe in this combination.
PARTY??
Most men are confused when it comes to dressing up for a party and to garb their deficiency of knowledge in colour compatriots they gel their hair and play around with facial nitty-gritties..Give that brylcreem a break and know what to wear.
1)Take out that shabby orange Tee and wear it with baggy black jeans with lots of pockets.Teem it with a black waist coat let open .Cowboy look is a thumbs up for all seasons and all times.
2)Have a crazy coloured jacket.Dark green/Violet/Red?? wear it with a necked white tee and pair it with classy boot cut jeans ,you can now party with the gliteratti and give them a run for their money.
3) Dying to wear blue shirt and blue pants together ..Allowed,wear a formal shirt with three buttons inserted like a good boy.The tee should be full sleeved and the shirt half sleeved, bring out the attitude"Work hard,party harder" with elan
4)The two colored patterned Tee shirts are in vogue ,if teemed with the scarf of the color in minority it gives you the French guy lost here look ,don't carry it on to the dance floor or may be carry and loosen ,use to better effects.Only for tall men,the geniuses in small packages will have to give this one a miss.
5)Flouroscent tick -Wear that shiny Tee in your wardrobe but since you have gone overboard,keep the bottom as simple as possible.
CASUALS
1) The age old combination that has been used by suave men to get gals swooning over them White transparent shirt and a blue jeans.Stop right there, just the smile,classic must'nt be meddled with.
2) Floral shirts are so girly!! ..No they are not .Only to be worn on beach ..No again..Wear it to brunch Just wear it loose with just one button done and a white tee inside .Pair it with light colored cargo's and there you go out with those new sunglasses.
3)Wear a monkey cap,wear the shiny brown jacket with a white tee pair it with the low waist jeans,GO out hottie!!!Note: Not too low,cos its cool only when men are privy to the show and not when they are playing the lead.
4) This was actually popularised by AB 's baby in bollywood but has been done enough in Hollywood,wearing plain T-shirts with Jeans was made cool with that slit on your shoulder that threatens to come off...A lil peek-a-boo is good but do make sure that nothing but a clean ,toned shoulder is visible.
5)Military look ,its an all time winner.Wear those military cargos with brown Tee and you are out there with your big leather Weekender boots.Take that bike out today to complete the macho look.
Tried and Tested: If you just cant put a decent pair together,just take the lady's help, they will be more than willing to do it for you.But the one thing you can actually do is if shopping alone,just buy the combination on display/the one that model in pic is wearing..Use the designers of the world at your service.If you still don't understand a word. Stick to black,its safe
