I was very unhappy when I discovered the Mac lipstick I purchased said Sample on the bottom of the tube. I wrote a negative review to Amazon before I contacted the sellers at One Tree and spoke with Doug. He was very helpful and quite understanding with my disappointment with the lipstick. I was treated very fairly and he was a gentleman at all times. I would definitely buy another product from them.
