I use the Philosophy 3-in-1 WITH CONDITIONER. It works great and keeps my hair luscious. The one time I accidentally bought a 3-in-1 that didn’t have conditioner in it, my hair dried out after two washes and got horrible split ends. After only three applications I had to throw the bottle out. I lost more than an inch off the bottom of my hair. I don’t understand how their products can vary so widely in quality, but they do.

This shampoo smells just like vanilla CAKE. I’ve read all the reviews stating that it doesn’t smell like vanilla. I think it smells just like vanilla cake. I love this shampoo.

I went for this flavor because I was looking for a high-quality vanilla-scented body wash. I’ve never tried to use it as shampoo, but I just love it as body wash and bubble bath. The scent is light and sweet, but I wouldn’t describe it as “cheap” as others have because I happen to be quite fond of it! If you’re looking for something creamy and light, then it’s perfect.

I love philosphy products. Vanilla Birthday cake is one of my favorites. It smells great, and a capful makes fantastic bubbles. I love it as a bubble bath. It doesn’t work great as a shampoo because it doesn’t condition great, but as a luxurious bubble bath – it is great! The smell is fabulous!
